When Gwyneth
Paltrow opened her secret about healthy life in her book “It’s All Good: Delicious, Easy Recipes That Will Make You Look Good
And Feel Great”, many people especially her fans starting to practice their
idol way of healthy life include try to make those recipes one by one. Although
we know, diets of the idols are something unusual, and strict but they are not
something that we, ordinary people, can not do. Instead, those kind of diets
are worth to try since all celebrities really concern about the effect of diets
into their bodies.
One of the recipes
in Gwyneth’s book, Kale Juice Recipe, became one of favourite item since it was
really tasty and refreshing. Of all green leafy vegetables, kale or borecole is
the most nutritionally dense. A study said that 130 grams of Kale (steaming it
for 5 minutes), only give us 36 calories and provide 19 useful nutrients such
as vitamins, manganese, calcium, copper, fiber, potassium, protein, as well as
omega-3 fats, and folate.
Overwhelming with nutrients, no wonder that kale has
tons of health benafits to our body. Kale's nutrient richness stands out in
three particular areas: antioxidant nutrients, anti-inflammatory nutrients, and
anti-cancer nutrients in the form of glucosinolates. Kale also has another role
to play in support of the body's detoxification processes. The isothiocyanates

Ingredients:
1. 75g chopped kale (discard the
thick rib in the centre of the leaf)
2. 240ml unsweetened almond milk
3. 1 tbsp almond butter
4. 1 tbsp soaked raw almonds
5. 1 date, pitted
6. 1 tbsp coconut oil

Blend everything in a powerful
blender until completely smooth and drink immediately. Drink it regularly and
combine with other food combining for a better result to your body.
