Our living
environment is starting to feel uncomfortable especially since there are too
many toxic substances we can find out there. Unexpectedly, some of those toxic
substances entered into our body by many methods such as from what we eat, what
we smell, or what activity we do.
Those toxic substences shall be eliminated
from our body or else they would make our body become worse from day to day.
Sound scary, huh? Some nutrisionist then started to encourage people to do
detoxification process using healthy drink, since they believe that the main
source of toxic entering human body is from food.
This healthy drink
is not always expensive, even you can make them with your own hand. As a matter
of fact, all fruits and vegetables are good to use as detoxification
alternative. You can eat it, or drink it. If you are afraid of eating many
fruits and vegetables in one day, maybe you can try to combining them into
juice.
Although all of them can be used as juice, but it needs a knowledge to
know which fruit or vegetables combination will taste good. So, here they are
two juice detox recipes from fruits for beginner.
Recipe 1 : - A mango, glass of blueberries, and 3-4
pieces of strawberries.
Mix those fruits into
a juicer or blender and drink the extract. You will get a really tasty and
sweet drink from them. Not only contains lot of vitamins (especially vitamin
C), this healthy drink will help in your diet and keep your body slim.
Recipe 2: - Half glass of cherries, one apple and one
pear.
Another tasty yet
healthy drink you can get by combining those fruits together. This combination
is rich with vitamins (A, B Complex, C, and E), as well as lutein which
promotes strong bones and fight aging.
Those two juice detox
recipes will help you to detox all toxic in your body, and it really nice for
beginner since the taste will not that bad.
